This ancient substance is the result of a long process of plant decomposition, facilitated by the extreme pressure of the mountains and a unique set of microorganisms. Over centuries, this organic matter transforms into a dense, nutrient-rich resin, imbued with fulvic acid, over 85 trace minerals, and a myriad of other beneficial compounds. Ayurvedic texts, such as the Charaka Samhita, refer to Shilajit as “Shilajatu,” meaning “Conqueror of Mountains and Destroyer of Weakness.”

Shilajit may be stored at ambient room temperatures. In regions with excessively high temperatures, you can keep it inside the refrigerator.
We are aware that Shilajit can be very sticky. We provide a specialized spoon to facilitate the extraction of Shilajit from its container. It is important to avoid heating or microwaving Shilajit, as it has already been optimized to an ideal temperature to preserve its nutrient-rich profile. Further high heating may diminish its nutritional value.

POWERFUL & POTENT
Before writing this review, I personally wanted to take adequate time to see how this shilajit worked and performed.
I have been using this product for over a month, and I am quite pleased with it. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, which causes great fatigue, and this product has been helping with that. It gives me the energy boost I need.
It too has been helping me with the brain fog that I deal with on a day to day basis.
I am able to notice the effects of the shilajit shortly after taking it. I simply put it on my tongue, which I find to be the best and most effective way.
This shilajit is a soft resin, and it is of high quality. I have tried many brands of shilajit and this one has become my favorite.
The aroma of this shilajit is pleasant. The taste is strong and bold, therefore it may take time to adapt to the flavor, but I do not mind it. It is better tasting than any other shilajit I have tried thus far.
This shall be something I purchase again, and I encourage you to try it as well for your optimal health.
